This all-in-one class leaves you feeling centered, strong, and completely refreshed—the perfect mix of flow, sweat, and recovery.

Reach new heights—literally. Our TRX straps hang from the vaulted ceiling, giving you full range for bodyweight suspension training that builds functional strength, core stability, and mobility. This circuit-style class blends strength blocks, core-focused intervals, and controlled Tempo reps, all scalable for every level. Every movement is intentional, aligned, and designed to leave you stronger, more balanced, and confident in your body.

Tempo Fitness is currently located at 2550 Youngfield Street in Lakewood, Colorado—but we will be opening our brand-new boutique fitness studio location in Spring 2026!

Our new studio will be right down the street from the current location, and we can’t wait to welcome you to the new space!
