TEMPO Fitness is a family owned boutique style gym with the mission to help people achieve their fitness goals and promote health and wellness within the Ballard neighborhood. We understand both the value of time and the importance that fitness has in people’s lives. Our programs are designed with all of that in mind. Combining strength, cardio and using a science based approach to make sure our members get a full body workout in just 36 minutes so that they can go on and live their lives! We strongly believe in the value of community and pride ourselves with the wide range of diversity within our members from all walks of life and fitness levels. We want everyone to feel included, no matter where they stand in their fitness journey.

I chose a career in fitness because I love helping people become the best version of themselves that they can be! After years of coaching gymnastics, I knew it would be hard to beat the feeling of helping someone reach their goals. I love to help people push past their limits and can’t wait to help you reach your goals too!

Hello all! My name is Lindsey – I started my journey with playing sports my whole life, went to school for pre nursing – then life happened and I finally decided to take a leap of faith to fulfill my fitness career. My family has been a huge reason why I decided to be a trainer. They’ve showed me that HEALTH is more important than ‘looking’ healthy – which is why I do what I do; to help one person at a time become a healthier version of themselves.

Cannot Recommend Enough!

Great studio and awesome trainers!!! The trainers push me outside my comfort zone, correct me in postures, and are overall great energy to be around. The studio is clean and there are a variety of modifications to exercises that the trainers encourage you to do if you have an injury, etc. If you enjoy HIIT workouts, then this is the studio for you!

Super-fast and intense workouts that switch out regularly so nothing ever gets boring and the time goes by quickly because of the intensity of the work! Trainers and staff are always welcoming and friendly. Plenty of modifications for exercises that don’t work with creaky old bodies like mine. I love these workouts!
