WHAT TO WEAR

If you're joining us for a complimentary class or starting your membership, wear clothes that feel comfortable for you to move in. Clean, indoor-only gym shoes are preferred. Please wear a face mask when entering and at all times before and after workouts. Mask wearing is optional during workouts.

WHAT TO BRING

Whether they're written down or in your head, we want to know how we can help you reach those fitness goals. Clean indoor shoes preferred, as mentioned above, water to stay hydrated and towel. Leave the rest up to us!

WHAT TO EXPECT

A great community focused workout. You'll be directed in a Hight Intensity Interval Training workout sessions by some of the best instructors in Ballard who will guide you and help you achieve your personal fitness goals.
