We want to make sure you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. Here are a few things to help make your first visit as comfortable as possible.
WHAT TO WEAR
If you’re joining us for a complimentary class or starting your membership, wear clothes that feel comfortable for you to move in. Clean, indoor-only gym shoes are preferred. Please wear a face mask when entering and at all times before and after workouts. Mask wearing is optional during workouts.
WHAT TO BRING
Whether they’re written down or in your head, we want to know how we can help you reach those fitness goals. Clean indoor shoes preferred, as mentioned above, water to stay hydrated and towel. Leave the rest up to us!
WHAT TO EXPECT
A great community focused workout. You’ll be directed in a Hight Intensity Interval Training workout sessions by some of the best instructors in Ballard who will guide you and help you achieve your personal fitness goals.
36 MINUTE HIIT
Our High-intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions are designed to push your fitness past the usual plateaus and exercise limits you may face with normal workouts. We do this all in a short 36 minute time period by constantly changing out our training circuit ensuring that you achieve peak fitness through our group fitness program.

Whatever your goal and level of fitness, our Coaches are devoted to redefining how you feel inside and out with our community centered approach. We understand that no two bodies are alike and we will work to get you fit at the right pace for you! Our personal training coaches will utilize a holistic approach of exercise, nutrition and modified behavior to give you the tools you need to improve your daily lifestyle!
